What is an attendance tracker?

Record when you have done school, sick days, or vacation days for your students in one, easy to use window. Entry can be done for one or more children at a time.

How do I enter attendance?

To enter attendance go to my.learningkeeper.com and login. Click on the black Portfolio icon. Once you are in a student profile, click on the attendance icon. Next click on the blue ‘Add Attendance’ icon. Choose the correct date using the calendar tool. Then select the type of day. You can choose from: full day, half day, sick day, vacation or holiday. If you wish to add multiple students at the same time simply type additional students in the search box and select their name.  Then click the green ‘add’ button and your student’s  homeschool attendance will be saved.

How do I edit attendance after it has been entered?

To edit attendance go to my.learningkeeper.com and login. Click on the black Portfolio icon. Once you are in a student profile, click on the attendance icon.

There are two ways you can edit attendance:

1. Scroll down, select the box next to the attendance line you  wish to edit. Check the box and press the ‘delete’ button. This will delete that line and you can re-enter attendance following the steps outlined above.

2. Scroll down to the line you wish to edit. Hover your mouse over the term in the highlighted section and click on the term once you see the hand icon. Next, click the attendance icon button. Now click the blue ‘edit’ button and then click the attendance icon again. Make your changes and don’t forget to save.
