How do I retrieve my username or password?

Log in information can be retrieved on the login page at www.my.LearningKeeper.com . Simply click the orange link for  ‘Forgot Your Username or Password’. Follow the prompts and check your email inbox.

 

How do I ‘opt-in’ so I can continue to enjoy LearningKeeper all year?

To enjoy LearningKeeper after your trial, simply login at my.LearningKeeper.com . Go to the Settings menu in the upper right hand corner. In the middle of the page, go to ‘View My User Profile’ under the BILLING/ACCOUNTS heading. Enter your payment information in the provided form. Click, the green Sign Up button. Click HERE for a video tutorial.

 

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription to LearningKeeper, login at www.my.learningkeeper.com. Go to the Settings menu in the upper right hand corner. In the middle of the page, go to ‘View My User Profile’ under the BILLING/ACCOUNTS heading. In the Billing section there is a blue button that says ‘Cancel Subscription’, click button.

 

How do I enter a coupon code?

To enter your coupon code for LearningKeeper, simply  login at www.my.learningkeeper.com. Go to the Settings menu in the upper right hand corner. In the middle of the page, go to ‘View My User Profile’ under the BILLING/ACCOUNTS heading. The ‘User Profile’ window will open. Under Billing click the blue ‘Edit’ button. Enter your coupon code where is says ‘Coupon Code’ along with your payment information and then click the green ‘Sign Me Up Now!’ button. Click HERE for a video tutorial.

 

How do I update my credit card information?

To update your credit card informtaion login at my.learningkeeper.com. Go to the Settings menu in the upper right hand corner. In the middle of the page, go to ‘View My User Profile’ under the BILLING/ACCOUNTS heading. Under Billing click the blue ‘Edit’ button. Update credit card information. Click HERE for a video tutorial.
